2. Print out the Kindermusik Enrolment Registration Form or Trial Class Registration Form and fill out you and your child's particulars
3. Enclose a cheque, made payable to Kindermusik Asia Pte Ltd
4. Mail the Kindermusik Enrolment Registration Form or Trial Class Registration Form and cheque to:

5. or fax us the Kindermusik Enrolment Registration Form or Trial Class Registration Form with your credit card details to (65) 6235 3206
   
6. Call us at 6467 1789 to book your appointment for the Trial Class.
